Hope all is well! Lot’s to share about the new music project. I left my label quite some time ago and I am now pursuing that folky sound I have always dreamed of. Of course, when you’re doing it all on your own it takes a bit longer, but I’m still here, we’re still here, and out we go with it now! The dashing fellow you can see pictured all over is my friend Daniel! We write everything just the twosies of us and we’ve been having a grand ole time. We met in college and have been jamming ever since. Hang on for the ride, cos it’ll be a doozy. ♥ Any questions?

Emily Osment: Hey Sivan. not country, bit of the south of course, but more folk than anything!
Alex Mu: Does this mean no more of the band? Or are you guys still together?
Emily Osment: Hey Alex, the band and I are all still very much in love with each other yes, and as far as booking some gigs in the future for this new sound you might be seeing them up there with me, but for now Dan and I are trying to get our feet wet on our own and ship out some demos
Brent Reddick: I enjoy the new sound and look forward to hearing some of your new work. Any set timeline on recording?
Emily Osment: Hey Brent, shopping around some producers and studios right now, trying to get a move on this before I go back to school in the fall. Yay college! :/
So, still there’s not a date for the new “album”, and even for concerts. Let’s pray for there’s a progress until Emily comes back to the college.

A industria de entretenimento Council AS, com a colaboração do FX Netwoek, apresentaram (ontem) o 16º anoal PRISM Awards, uma premiação de gala que reconhece a descrição precisa de álcool, fumo e drogas usados como um vicio, e também como problemas mentais usados em filmes, televisão, interação, música, DVD, e livros de entretenimento. Também inclui uma homenagem especial para os veteranos.
Emily ganhou o Prism Award de melhor atuação em Filme/Série de TV com o seu papel de Taylor Hillridge no filme Cyberbully da ABC Family. Confira o video de Emily recebendo o premio.

The Entertainment Industries Council, Inc., in collaboration with FX Network, presents the 16th Annual PRISM Awards, a gala awards show recognizing the accurate depiction of alcohol, tobacco and drug use and addiction, as well as mental health issues in film, television, interactive, music, DVD, and comic book entertainment. Also included will be a special tribute to our returning veterans.
Emily won the Prism Award for best performance in a TV movie/miniseries with the character Taylor Hillridge in the ABC Family Original Movie Cyberbully. Check out the video of Emily receiving the award.
