A industria de entretenimento Council AS, com a colaboração do FX Netwoek, apresentaram (ontem) o 16º anoal PRISM Awards, uma premiação de gala que reconhece a descrição precisa de álcool, fumo e drogas usados como um vicio, e também como problemas mentais usados em filmes, televisão, interação, música, DVD, e livros de entretenimento. Também inclui uma homenagem especial para os veteranos.

Emily ganhou o Prism Award de melhor atuação em Filme/Série de TV com o seu papel de Taylor Hillridge no filme Cyberbully da ABC Family. Confira o video de Emily recebendo o premio.

The Entertainment Industries Council, Inc., in collaboration with FX Network, presents the 16th Annual PRISM Awards, a gala awards show recognizing the accurate depiction of alcohol, tobacco and drug use and addiction, as well as mental health issues in film, television, interactive, music, DVD, and comic book entertainment. Also included will be a special tribute to our returning veterans.

Emily won the Prism Award for best performance in a TV movie/miniseries with the character Taylor Hillridge in the ABC Family Original Movie Cyberbully. Check out the video of Emily receiving the award.

Cyberbully, filme cujo Emily Osment é a atriz principal, vai entrar na grade de programação do canal pago Telecine Premium. O filme é intitulado como ‘Bullying Virtual’ em nosso país. A premiação homenageia filmes, seriados, musica, dvds e revistas cujo o assunto cite problemas com álcool, fumo, e problemas sociais e mentais. Foram selecionados 80 finalistas entre 400 obras cadastradas. A primeira nomeação está na categoria ‘TV Movie or Minisserie‘ (Filme televisivo ou minissérie), e a segunda nomeação está em ‘Performance in a TV Movie or Minisserie‘ (Atuação em um filme televisivo ou minissérie).

Cyberbully, that was aired at the beginning of the year by ABC Family was nominated to Prism Awards! The PRISM Awards honor TV, movie, music, DVD and comic book entertainment the accurately depicts drug, alcohol, as well as mental health issues. The Nomination Review Committee of over 80 representatives of both the entertainment industry and health field, selected from over 400 productions submitted. The first nomination is in the category ‘TV Movie or Miniseries’, and the second is in ‘Performance in a TV Movie or Miniseries’.
